Unable to do the simplest of tasks.. I can't even add a package to track because this DHL package tracking app does not recognise DHL's own tracking numbers, not even when using the camera to scan their own barcodes. This is the most basic of features which should work in a app like this. Get it fixed!

Hi Magnus Rönnkvist, Apologies for the inconvenience. Our app is meant only for DHL Express shipments. As each division operates independently, this feature is not currently available on the app. You can track any waybill number on our global webpage: https://www.dhl.com/ae-en/home/location-selector.html. DHL is an excellent company. The app is well thought through. There's one hiccup. When an item is in Customs the app marks that event - in red - as '... Exception...' That, to me, means that I need to do something about it. The word '...Exception...' is not linked to any action. In other words the system fails without explanation. However unlike many companies you can make contact with their support team quickly. A simple pop up explaining '... Exception ...' will do.

Reply: DHL is international. English is international. There are over 5 million English speaking in Thailand. You arent the only app in Thailand. My phone language is English and the app should recognize this or it's poorly written. not in English and had to know Thai in order to get to where settings were. not intuitive at all. But settings is in Thai. That's not to smart or intuitive. I had to get it translated to set English.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The default language of the app is determined by the country selected. In your case, if you have chosen Thailand, the default initial language will be Thai.
